Creating your own personalized jewelry is simple. Here is how the process works, from your first idea to the finished piece in your hands.
Step 1 — Share Your Idea

Start by sending us what inspires your piece. This could be a child's drawing, a photograph, a pet portrait, a signature, or a description of a memory you would like to capture.
How to submit: Place your order and upload your reference image at checkout, or contact us via WhatsApp or email before ordering if you have questions about whether your image is suitable.
What works well: Clear photographs, scanned drawings, digital files, or high-contrast images. The clearer your reference, the more faithfully we can reproduce it.
Step 2 — We Create Your Design

Once we receive your submission, our team prepares a digital design based on your reference. We work carefully to capture the details that matter most.
Communication: We will contact you if we have questions about your submission or if we need a higher-resolution image before proceeding.
Payment: Full payment is collected at checkout when you place your order.
Step 3 — Review & Confirm

Before anything is made, we send you a design preview to review. Please check all names, dates, spelling, and details carefully at this stage.
Important: Once you approve the design, production begins and changes cannot be made. We produce exactly what you confirm, so please take your time reviewing.
If something does not look right, let us know and we will adjust before you give your final approval.
Step 4 — Receive Your Jewelry

After you approve the design, your piece goes into production. When it is ready, we ship it directly to you.
Packaging: Your jewelry arrives ready to gift, making it ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, new arrivals, and other meaningful occasions.
If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, we will remake it or provide a full refund.
